Vendee Globe live tracking

Tanguy De Lamotte: "I’m actually enjoying a few moments by myself for the last time." - Vendée Globe 2012-2013: "Less than 1,000 miles from the finish, what are your feelings? TDL: Well, there’s only a few per cent of the distance to cover but I’m still very focussed and right now I’m tracking a ship. I’ve had quite a bit of traffic already this past few days and I think there will be even more coming so I have all my alarms on and I do a visual watch all day, I’m very focussed on that. I’ve enjoyed the last few days of downwind, I’m very lucky to have had some conditions like that and the boat is very fast and I really enjoy that. There are only 800 miles left, it’s a small distance but still I have to focus on this light patch and make sure we can have a great party in Les Sables. I don’t want to have any incidents in the meantime."
